PHILOSOPHY
The oyster collections were born in Marseillan out of a love for the coastline.
We decided that these natural beauties deserve a second life. For their grand debut, we‘re dressing them up in wild colours, diverse and maritime motifs, all in the spirit of our beautiful region.
A small but precious piece of nature, dressed up in a new outfit for a very special place in your home.
Each oyster is unique in its shape and origin.

Our oyster créations are all treated with food-safe resin and can be used as functional objects,
particularly for “art de la table” or interior design objects.
Two varieties are available: hand painted oysters and oysters reshaped with "découpage” and “collage".
ABOUT US
We are Yva & Eric — artists and creatives whose paths crossed in Hamburg in 2008, where our shared artistic journey began. Through our individual work in photography, collage and art direction, we each developed our own visual language before creating together.
Eric became internationally known for his cinematic miniature photography (www.eric-otto.com) inspired by classic gangster films, while Yva worked for two decades as an art director in international fashion photography and continuously explored her passion for collage art (www.yvonnedaniel.de)
After twenty years in Hamburg, we followed the call of the sea and moved to the South of France.
Inspired by the light, nature and oyster culture of the
Étang de Thau, we began transforming carefully selected oyster shells into unique art objects through painting and décollage.
Today, our creations combine art, craftsmanship and poetry — giving discarded oyster shells a second life as decorative and functional pieces made to be shared around the table.
